I love coming here. The front desk is always nice and professional. Sarah is unbelievably detailed. Her education, continued training and technique are of the highest.
I had my first surgery with Dr Mills in 2006 and had my most recent with him in Jan 2023. He really takes the time to listen to what you want and then goes over the procedure with you in great detail. Every single person there, from the front desk to the coordinators to the nurses, has always been incredibly kind, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I will always highly recommend Dr Mills and the whole staff at Renaissance for any procedure you are looking into.

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah!! I currently live in Los Angeles and I still make sure to come in town to St. Louis to get my Botox and lips done by Sarah because she is that good. She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and knows how to achieve the look you’re going for while being realistic at the same time. She’s also super personable- I look forward to my appointments to not only get my services but to chat as well! If you’re unsure or nervous about anything, don’t be because she will make you feel super comfortable and she is so good at what she does. I’ve been happy with my results every time, she is the best!!
