Brow Lift Recovery
For your surgery, you will be put under general anesthesia. Your brow lift will begin with an incision made just below the hairline. From there, the underlying muscles and tissues are tightened and any excess fat is removed. The skin is then pulled over for a smooth contour with any extra being trimmed away.
Any applied bandages will be removed in 1-3 days. Stitches are typically removed in about one week. Your results will become gradually apparent as bruising and swelling subside over the course of a few weeks. Normal activities may often be resumed in 1-2 weeks, and more strenuous activities in 3-6 weeks. Incision lines should continue to fade for 12-18 months.
