When is Timeless: The Beauty Event?
Timeless runs October 14–16, 2026, from 9 AM to 5 PM each day.
Do I need to come into the office to participate?
No. You can call us or order online during the event — there's no need to visit the office to take advantage of Timeless pricing.
Can new patients participate in Timeless?
Yes, new patients are welcome to take part. If you're not sure which treatments are right for you, our team is happy to help you plan before the event.
What treatments and products can I purchase during Timeless?
Event pricing may include injectables, laser and light treatments, skin rejuvenation treatments, body treatments, professional skincare, and treatment packages.
Are any products or services excluded from Timeless event pricing?
Yes. Erbium laser treatments and tretinoin 0.025%, 0.05%, and 0.1%, and all surgical procedures at Renaissance Plastic Surgery are excluded from Timeless event pricing.
Do I need to schedule my appointments when I purchase?
No. We do not schedule treatment appointments during the three days of Timeless, so our team can focus on event purchases. Because schedules can fill quickly, we recommend booking future appointments before the event whenever possible. Appointments can also be scheduled online.
How long do I have to use the treatments I purchase?
Purchases made during Timeless can be used throughout the following year, according to the terms of each specific offer.
When can I pick up the products I purchase during Timeless?
For 2026, products purchased during Timeless will be available for pickup beginning October 26 and must be picked up by November 20.
Can I purchase Timeless specials as a gift?
Yes! Timeless specials may be purchased as gifts. If you're purchasing offers for both yourself and someone else, they will need to be processed as separate transactions. If your recipient is new to R Medical Spa, we'll also need some basic information to create their patient profile.
Are financing options available for Timeless purchases?
Yes, financing options are available for qualifying purchases — ask our team for details when you call or order.
Can Timeless offers be combined with other promotions or discounts?
Timeless event pricing cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts at the time of purchase. Alle and ASPIRE rewards cannot be redeemed during the event due to the redemption requirements of each program. However, eligible rewards may be redeemed when you come in for your treatment. Timeless is designed to offer our best deals of the year.
Can I purchase a Timeless offer if I'm not sure which treatment is right for me?
Yes. Our team is happy to help you determine which treatments may be appropriate for your goals before you purchase.
What are the purchase policies for Timeless specials?
Timeless purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards may not be used toward Timeless purchases. We recommend reviewing the details of each offer carefully before purchasing, and our team is happy to answer questions before your order is placed.
What is Timeless Beauty Elite, and how do I qualify?
Timeless Beauty Elite is our exclusive VIP rewards program. Patients who spend $5,000 or more during Timeless, or purchase an eligible Elite Package, are automatically enrolled and receive quarterly benefits, birthday treats, pop-up specials, and more throughout the year.
