It’s not all that common these days for a company to celebrate with its employees a 10-year anniversary. Today, the physicians of Renaissance Plastic Surgery, Drs. Stefan Craig, Mark Boschert, and Paul Mills were once again able to congratulate a staff member on her 10th year of employment!
Angie Betlach, a registered nurse who treats patients at R medical spa, has been with Renaissance since September 2003, just 4 years after Drs. Boschert and Craig started the practice in July 1999. She loves the family atmosphere of the practice and says that working for “the best plastic surgeons who are also really good guys” has made these 10 years fly by. Angie says,
“I love working here! I love the patients … helping them love the skin they’re in. I really enjoy being here and the people I work with, too!”
Dr. Boschert says, “Angie is as enthusiastic about her role here in treating patients now, as she was when she first started. She is always excited about giving patients the best possible result, which has her patients thrilled and dedicated to her. You can see and feel that she really cares.”
Over the past four years, the Renaissance physicians have also congratulated four other staff members on 10 years of employment!
Anne Strate, BSN, RN, who is Angie’s counterpart in the medical spa, has been here 12 years. She is also an amazing skin care nurse who not only enjoys the science of skin care but also the knowledge required to treat each patient’s different skin type with the right procedure or product to give the desired result. Together, Anne and Angie make R medical spa one of the most educated and experienced physician-directed medical spas in the St. Louis area.p
Sarah Botts has been the practice manager since 2006 and with Renaissance Plastic Surgery from the first year, 1999! Being the go-to person for everyone here has made her near-and-dear in our hearts, as we all know this place would flounder without her!
Linda McFarland has been the insurance/billing department since 2000. She works diligently for our patients, contacting their insurance companies, and making the complicated so much easier to understand.
Donna Lauer has also been with Renaissance Plastic Surgery since 2000 as a highly compassionate medical assistant. She has been helping patients through all the aspects of surgery and recovery, providing excellent medical assistance when patients have questions.
The most amazing thing about these five women? They all are as beautiful as the day they started their careers at Renaissance Plastic Surgery!
