The Renaissance staff are always so helpful & friendly on the phone & in person. I highly recommend seeing Katy for anyone considering Botox. I have gone to her 3 times now and she is incredible! From start to finish, she makes the whole thing a fantastic experience. She is very easy to talk to, I could talk with her for hours. She takes the time to explain the process & answers my list of questions/any concerns I have. She makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. When she does the injections, she pays close attention to detail on where they should go while also making the whole thing virtually painless. I will continue to go to Katy for future treatments!
I have been coming to this medical spa for many years and highly recommend it. The front desk staff are very nice, welcoming, and professional, and the nurse (Angie) who provides my treatments is knowledgeable and very skilled. She takes the time to carefully listen to my concerns, study my face, and to make sure I’m happy with the results (fillers). She also makes sure the results are natural looking. Additionally, I appreciate her honesty about what the fillers will and won’t do, and if I don’t need a “touch up,” she will tell me. The facility is always clean and provides a calming “spa” atmosphere, and I always have a great experience at my appointments, from the moment I step into the door until the moment I leave.

Katy, RN is very knowledgeable. She does a fantastic job with my Botox injections. She is also very enjoyable and always makes me laugh! The entire staff are welcoming and friendly. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
