Our services aim to provide immediacy, information, timeliness, and communication to injured workers seeking workers’ compensation. We offer immediate access to a physician for acute injuries, and a physician sees workers within 24 hours of the injury. We provide phone call updates from physicians; prior authorization is requested for all treatments. Work release forms are faxed to the adjuster, case manager, and employer after every encounter, and physician notes are faxed within 48 hours of the patient visit.
Causation and Return to Work
Causation is established on every new patient we see, and restrictions are written, from a medical standpoint, to protect hands and upper extremities that need time to heal properly. We encourage employers, case managers, and carriers to call our office with questions regarding restrictions. Our primary focus is to return workers to their normal daily activities, including work, as safely and timely as possible.
