Great experience! Staff was welcoming and helpful. Anne does a great job of helping with decisions and answering questions. Massage chair before treatment was a nice bonus. Only downside is the cost.

The Renaissance staff are always so helpful & friendly on the phone & in person. I highly recommend seeing Katy for anyone considering Botox. I have gone to her 3 times now and she is incredible! From start to finish, she makes the whole thing a fantastic experience. She is very easy to talk to, I could talk with her for hours. She takes the time to explain the process & answers my list of questions/any concerns I have. She makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. When she does the injections, she pays close attention to detail on where they should go while also making the whole thing virtually painless. I will continue to go to Katy for future treatments!
