About Your Consultation
In an effort to provide you with personalized professional care, we offer every patient an initial consultation. During this one-on-one appointment with one of our board certified plastic surgeons you will be brought to a private consultation room where you and the physician can openly discuss your specific concerns. Then, you and a nurse will go to an exam room where the physician will examine your areas of concern.
After your exam, you will return to the consultation room to discuss possible procedures with your physician. Depending upon the procedure you have chosen, you may watch an informational video on that procedure. You will also have the opportunity to discuss financing options with our patient coordinator. If you are interested in breast augmentation surgery, we invite you to bring a favorite top to this appointment in order to see how the various sizes appear in your clothing.
When you choose Renaissance Plastic Surgery for your cosmetic surgery, you will also have a pre-surgery appointment. This is to ensure that you and your physician have the opportunity to discuss what to expect during and after surgery. At this visit photographs will be taken by one of our nurses. You will also review the procedure with your physician and complete any necessary paperwork. You will receive prescriptions and anti-bruising medication as well as written instructions describing what to expect before and after surgery.
